We inspect our Greek olives twice for texture, appearance and size before they go into our jars. Hand-harvesting of green olives (or halkidiki olives) ensures that no bruising that would diminish their taste or nutrient content occurs.
We cure our Greek olives in the traditional way. Through this natural, age-old fermentation process with fresh spring water and natural sea salt, you are assured the very lowest sea salt content. This lets the taste of the fruit shine through and to satisfy your desire to eat a handful of halkidiki olives! The green olives we offer remain in their healthiest form for greatest nutrient absorption. Our olives retain their natural variations in color – and the crunch is at the maximum volume.
